The Watchdogs were a fictional right-wing militia group that surfaced in the Captain America comic published by Marvel Comics. They enforced their extremist views by, among other things, blowing up porn shops and killing pornographers. They were the first group that John Walker, later USAgent, fought as a replacement Captain America. They are apparently financed by the Red Skull, a World War II-era foe of the original Captain America.
